AKRON, Ohio (AP) - Summit County has become the first in northeast Ohio to complete its section of a popular trail used by runners and bicyclists. The Akron Beacon Journal ( http://bit.ly/ILd8hi ) reports the county's final section of the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail is less than a mile long.
